History:

Known to be a 'demon', Ragna Mercer was born and raised in the construction of Midgar. He is not actually a demon, but his lack of care for others shows his similarities.

When he was born, his right eye and all of his blood were imbued with a constant stream of a different 'brand' of Mako. Where the people who had done it, and who they were, are completely unknown to this point.

So Ragna walks his life an outcast, not giving a care in the world to anyone or anything. He feels he's both an abomination and a miracle, and doesn't let it show... that is, unless anyone asks. His demeanor has already placed him as the 'Grim Reaper of Midgar', although no one really knows why - he has never taken a soul. At least, to this day...
